If nudge theory is defined as the conscious act of designing something to alter behaviour, then I want to clearify that such influence is constant, regardless of anyone’s intention to influence. There is no neutrality. Some things are always easier or harder to do than others because of the architecture. Impact is inevitable. The question is whether someone (citizens or venture capitalists) is at the helm or whether we are all just drifting aimlessly.
